Bangkok Bites recently opened a new Thai restaurant in Newtown. It’s located on King St just before the Dendy cinemas. The client was after a graffiti mural that had an urban design, so we had two of our team members Asone and Sektor come up with a graffiti themed wall to fit in with the Newtown graffiti in the area. The artists stuck with a traditional approach of painting graffiti lettering with a classic b boy character, having some buildings in the background to pop the words “Bangkok Bites” off the wall. The client was extremely happy with the result as the restaurant now appears to be a typical Newtown graffiti wall that you would find down many of the side streets around the area.
So if you know a restaurant that would benefit from getting a mural painted, then contact the team at Blackbook Ink and let them make your visions become a reality.
